Every engagement starts with a conversation about what's actually eating your week. From there, pick one service or lean on all five.
Agendas, calendars, vendors, and budgets pulled together so the meeting runs itself. From a quarterly offsite to a recurring leadership sync, the planning happens before anyone notices it was needed.
A dedicated point of contact on the ground for the day itself, managing timing, vendors, and the inevitable curveball, so you can stay focused on the room instead of the run of show.
From first concept to final walkthrough: venue research, proposals, contracts, and layouts, drawing on years spent on the resort side of these negotiations.
Flights, hotels, ground transport, and the backup plan for when a flight gets cancelled. Itineraries built to be read once and never worried about again.
The list that doesn't fit anywhere else: appointments, errands, research, gift sourcing, and the small things that take an outsized amount of time to do well.
The person behind it
I've spent my career on the operational side of hospitality and executive support: coordinating events at a AAA Four Diamond resort, running the office for a private academy, and co-owning an engineering consulting firm for over a decade. JT Solutions grew out of a simple observation: the people who could use the most help are usually too busy to ask for it.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means the details actually get the attention they need. If it's on your list, it's fair game to hand to me.
